my experience leading a team of organisational development & change specialists in designing and delivering a culture roadmap to transform the culture of a large local government organisation

A partner truly committed to our success
Our young NFP agency expanded very quickly, and rapidly outgrew the start-up systems and processes we had put in place. While we were outwardly thriving, internally we were struggling to remain collaborative under pressure. While our staff is committed and high performing, surveys revealed some emerging concerns and declines in wellbeing in some areas. I felt a third party might see what we were missing, help set a course for improvement, and assist my leadership team re-gather the trust and enthusiasm we shared in the early days.
